I am service tax receiver with liable to payment of service tax under category Transport of Goods by Road. What is the Accounting Code for payment of Service Tax. & Educ. Cess.

We are Service Receiver and liable to pay service tax on Security agency & Manpower Supply @ 75%
In which category we have to take registration. and pay service tax.
Both services in list of services issued by department
Also new service add "other Taxable Service"
And "All Taxable Services Other than Negative List"
