29 April 2017 How is the work life balance in Accounting Advisory services division at any of the Big4. Are the any ways to get into the same role directly into Industry thereby skipping the Big4 route?

29 April 2017 You can form your own company and have a moderate office to start with if you have necessary knowledge base. Big 4 can provide not only the knowledge base but also experience to handle situations, people. You also get into habit of working hard, which helps in long run. However, if you feel you are ready enough to face challenges , you can go ahead with your own establishment. Else you can join with some medium sized firm as well to balance.
