24 January 2010 can cotractor deduct vat on that bill for which contractee also deduct wct on that payment.i want to know the method of wct deduction and use that tax credit in which manner?

The contractor charges VAT on the bill raised for the work done. The contractee while making payment would deduct tax under both VAT and Income Tax Act.
