Hi,
this is sravani. My final attempt is Nov 2016 and i registered in Apr 2014 for final. I want to know the new syllabus is applicable to be or not and i want to know to whom it is applicable.

still icai have not yet notified as to from when it will be made applicable.

you start only after nov 2015 since then it will be clear how much changes applicable for nov 2016 exam.
