I am a lic Agent. i have earned above 1.5 Lakh in the A.Y. 2014-15. so plz suggests me that which itr's would be filled for insurance income.

30 May 2014 choice is with you.....you can show it as income from other sources or business income.....file itr4 in that case

30 May 2014 books of accounts maintained is composury or not? and what about the ad hod deduction

30 May 2014 choice is not with you. it is a business income. You need to file ITR4. yes, books are to be maintained as income exceeds Rs 1.2 lakhs.

31 May 2014 you have to file itr-4 and you have tot maintain the book of account u/s 44AA your income is more than 120000/-.
