Can you expalin what is bullish market and bearish market?? What is stock index and how is it calculated?? what are the causes for fluctuations in index?

when market is showing upward trend means soaring high it is a bullish trend u can remember it by imagining bull, it represents strong and soaring head, ok and vise versa for bearish market. Stock index is like a barometer of an economy it represents whether market is going up or downi,e, bullish or bearish. There are many not single reason for fluctuations in index.
