What we do in case of refund is unpaid but the owner or proprietor is died.
in above case in which address we can demand the refund cheque,
and who is eligible for receiving this refund ?

Refund can be claimed in the name of legal heir by making an application in this regard with a copy of death certificate and bank account number of the legal heir.

Sir, in the AY 2010-11, I have a refund of Rs. 240 but Department sent me a notice u/s 245, Sec. code 1431a demand of Rs. 230730, Pls. tell me about this this notice
