09 June 2015 What we do in case of refund is unpaid but the owner or proprietor is died.
in above case in which address we can demand the refund cheque,
and who is eligible for receiving this refund ?

10 June 2015 Refund can be claimed in the name of legal heir by making an application in this regard with a copy of death certificate and bank account number of the legal heir.
