yes u can apply pan card of minor, but what ever the income is earn is taxable to gaurdian

But income from his/her personal ability is to be taxed in his/her self assessment and not with the perents

Yes you can apply. Even it is required for eg. if you will go for FD or any other investment in the name of minor you have to show PAN card/ Pan No.

BUT THE PARENT WILL SIGN THE PAN APPLICATION.
