what is the difference b/w endorsement in blank & bearer instrument?

in case of endorsement (a bill which was payable to or on order of a person )holder signes on the back of bil, so that any one transfer it in his/ her name.
but in vase of bearer no pperson is mentioned in the bill so to transfer no sign is needed any person holding the same is entitled
