14 February 2014 dear sir i m starting a dairy with 10 to 15 cows and i will sell the milk to governmrnt coperatives is it taxable

14 February 2014 yes it would be taxable. as such there is no exemption for the same.

14 February 2014 is the tax would be paid by me or company and i have heard that agriculture is tax free when it is on a simple basis

14 February 2014 tax would be payable by the one who is earning the income. and it is not agricultural income.
