Sir may I know the meaning of lineal ascendent and my question IS MY FATHERS BROTHERS SON AND MY FATHERS DOUGHTERS SON ARE MY RELATIVES

as far as your father's brother's son is concerned, he will be your cousin brother and he will not be covered under relative. Your father's daughter's son will be your bhanja as you will be his mama and mama bhanja are relatives therefore you can give gift to him but remember reciprocal is not recognized by income tax law so any gift from bhanja can be received up to Rs. 50000/- only.
