22 January 2016 From 2 days i am trying to upload form INC 7, the form uploaded successful but my SRN is not generated?
Please tell me weather Stamp duty is required to paid before uploading form or after uploading form INC7 ??

Stamp duty payment will be done only after filing of INC-7 by SRN of INC-7.
