A karta having no IT file.had gift an amount (i.e sale of land costing 60,00,000)to his three sons @2000000 each.All married son have only Individual IT file.No any HUF is creating among them.Can it be taxable in each member hand.Kindly Clarify.

If HUF have gifted to co parcerners then its not taxable in the hands of Co parcerners i,e sons
