ans is yes if you get in one single sitting . eg if u appear for 2 grps in may 2013 final and in 2nd grp in 2 papers u got 65,64 then u can avail exemption.
if u get 60+ in bal papers in nov 2013 in 2ngd grp then u can either take new exemption in nov 2013 and surrender the old may 13 exemption or ignore nov 13 exemption in 2nd grp as it is for same grp.
