please tell me the limit after which company is eligible for audit

A company is MANDATORILY required to get its accounts audited under Companies Act.
There is no limit prescribed. Even if the company is in loss, it will have to get its accounts audited.

As I said for a company it is mandatory to get its accounts audited irrespective of the amount of turnover, sales, income, etc.
