Is there is any change in Abatement of Outdoor catering Services? If Yes What is Revised Abatement Rate & What is effective Date?

The outdoor cateror is required to pay on 60% of the taxable value. this was earlier 50%.
This invariably increases the cost of input for a service recipient as no cenvat is avaiable on things doen with respect to employee welfare
