I am sunit kr sharma for ask my question on financial year 2013-14/A.Y-2014-15 Income Tax return Filling do the submit or not

21 April 2014 Sunit, you can file your return (non company, non-audit cases) upto 31 July 2014. for audit cases and companies, the due date is 30 September 2014.

21 April 2014 you can file the return of individual till 31.7.2014 and other cases till 30.9.2014

21 April 2014 Dear Rupesh,

please note that the due date of 31 July doesn't apply only to individuals. it applies to all assessees except for:

1. companies

2. tax audit cases

3. partners of firms where tax audit is applicable.
