OUR 80G CERITIFCATE EXPIRED ON 31.3.2010.
IS MANDATORY TO RENEWAL OF THIS OR NOT

if it has not been renewed, then institute will not be able to issue exemption certificate to the doner.

17 August 2010 There is no notification. It is the effect of omitting the proviso to clause (vi) of sub secton (5) of 80G w.e.f 01/10/2009 by the Finance (No.2 )Act,2009.
