hello,
i want to make contribution to Prime Minister National Relief Fund, and i want to get the deduction under section 80G. what is procedure for making the payment to the relief fund and whether any acknowledgment shall be received from the GOI.
In whose name i have to send the cheque, can i get the details of receipt( i mean the trust/institution who is going to receive the fund),because when i am filing the return i need to quote the PAN of the receiptant to get deduction.
Please give answers/suggestions.

After paying the donation , you will get Receipt for the same under section 80G, which will carry all the information to enable you to get the deduction
