i have incured expenditure Rs 1 lac on Cardiac Surgery of Rs 1 lac can i claim sec 80DDB
Does Cardiac Surgery (Bypass Surgery) Mets with Disease ?

rule 11DD covers the disease :

Yes you can, this disease is specified in the rules 11DD made by the board, provided you have to furnish a certificate of the same from Govt hospital, and upto the specified limit
