12 July 2013 if i have lost my NSC saving document..which was mentioned in my FY 2012-13 return under section 80c & filled for refund.

Que is......
Any future problem...like assessment related..??

12 July 2013 Claim deduction only when you care about getting a Duplicate NSC certificate.
.
So, by the time, any such problem arises, you may do the needful.

12 July 2013 sir, but it was lost after filling a IT return...

That's way ,,,same confusion on my mind..

12 July 2013 Do you want to forget the amount receivable after maturity of the NSC Certificate ?

So, try to get the Duplicate one by following the procedure.
.
If you get the certificate till it is required by the AO, there is no problem.
.
If you can not produce the certificate, you have to pay tax.
.
Except the above, there is no problem.
