Sir,
My client is mini truck owner for the past several years u/s 44AE. For Asst year 2013-14 His truck is retired from active use after the use of 3 months because of heavy repair cost. Now my query is will his income is 4500x3=13500 or 4500x12=54000 because he is still owner of the vehicle
