If im filing return under 44 ad do i have to provide cash in hand,stock summary,dr and cr balance ?

Yes, ie, clause E9 to E12 of schedule BP of ITR-4 has to be filled necessarily, otherwise defect notice u/s 139(9) will be issued by the ITdepartment

Non maintaining of books you have to provide above details otherwise it will become defective u/s 139(9)
