WHETHER A PROPRIETORHAVING BUSSINESS OF PHOTOGRAPHY CAN FILE ITR 4S, IF ITS TURNOVER/GROSS RECIEPT IS RS. 450000/- APPROX. IF YES THEN WHAT WOULD BE THE HEAD OF NATURE OF BUSSINESS.

Yes return can be filed u/s 44AD showing 8% of gross receipts as net income in which all expenses will be deemed to have been granted.
