Guys I have clients whose business is in Tdr and also of construction of building and structure. The problem is he sells all his flats are sold less than market price eg: Market price of flat ?20 lakh
Agreement value ?18 lakh
Please suggest various complainces and taxes applicable u/s 43CA

As per section 43CA flats are to be sold at registrar's value only even if it is sold less than it than business profits are to be calculated only at registrar's value.
