27 December 2010 when we paid Rs 100000 in cash
and paid the sum of Rs. 100000 in part payment in cash are represent at one bill at different dates. You told me whole amount of Rs 100000 are not attracted.

27 December 2010 you can pay upto 20000 per day .Then 40A(3) will not be attracted.

27 December 2010 A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (PARTNERSHIP FIRM) HIRES J.C.B MACHINES, DUMPERS, TROLLERS, ROAD ROLLERS ON A DAILY BASIS.

Can it includes under transporter where TDS is not applicable when it quotes the pan.

But if it is not included in transporter then its expendtiure are booked in which head..???
WHETHER THE ASSESS IS REQUIRED TO DEDUCT TDS under transporter or not

27 December 2010 THE ABOVE EXPENSES WILL BE BOOKED UNDER HIRING CHARGES. AND TDS WILL BE DEDUCTED U/S 194C.

27 December 2010 but under section 94C of contractor includes transporter where TDS is not applicable when it quotes the pan.
