04 August 2012 i could not upload my return on 31.07.2012
i am women.as per my income & tax cal it is show 40000 refund.
i am uploading now.
is refund is denied or refused on filing of date of return.

for getting refund what is the basic crietria?

pl guide me what should i do?

pl provide me the address on which i have to send the acknowlegement?

04 August 2012 1. Firstly, the due date of filing the return has been extended to 31st August, 2012.

So you can still file your return.

2. Further, even if the return is filed after the due date, refund is NOT denied to the assessee. Refund will still be granted.
