09 November 2013 Whether debit/credit notes raised due to increase\decrease in foreign curreny fluctuation is included in Annexure 2c and 2D..??

09 November 2013 Suppose we purchase the gold in Apr on loan basis from bank @ 30000/kg, and we make the payment in May. Inbetween if the rate of gold increases or decreases, the bank issues debit \credit note..???

Now I am asking, whether we'll include this amount of debit\credit note in annexure 2c\2d..??

09 November 2013 no need to show it, because you donot have taken any input credit of vat on purchase of gold.

09 November 2013 Her query was on inclusion or not in 2D/2C.. Have you read the DVAT Mannual, wherein this case was mentioned, page no-445 at top.

09 November 2013 credit\debit notes are raised on purchases... when the prise increases bank issued debit note and vise versa...now tell me whether all these mount shall be included in 2C..??

If you are taking the credit then- yes all such debit/creidt note amt will be part of 2C.

If not taking the credit, and paying vat at rate of concessional rate then NO.
