Dear Experts,
I want to know that if any foreign remittance Coverered in Sepcified List & its amount exceed 50000/- (single transaction.)in this case we Will have to furnish 15CA & 15CB or no.

If it is in specified list, then Form 15ca and 15cb are not required at all.
