26 February 2015 Sir,
I have received intimation u/s 143(1) which is demand raised by the IT department which is apparently mistake by IT department taking a business income of Rs.242063/- actually i am submitted income Rs. Rs.234828/- the difference of Rs.7235/- which is misc exps. and i have submitted income correctly but it mistake by IT department., then how i filed rectification application u/s 154 to the IT department

26 February 2015 If return is filed online than submit online rectification by logging into your account on incometax efiling website and if return is filed manually than rectification application is to be filed with jurisdictional AO specifying clearly the mistake apparent on record.
