If company want to deposit rent to NRE account from current account after taking 15CA and 15cB certificate then is it compulsory to provide rent agreement to bank ?

not necessarily. However, banks can ask for additional documents where they are not satisfied or have doubts. Please note that most of the compliances under FEMA are to be ensured by the Banks. So they have a right to be conservative.
