11 November 2015 Dear Experts, I got notice u/s 139(9) from CPC, Bengaluru. Error code-2
described is 'No receipt of income has been offered in any heads of income for
the TDS/TCS claimed in return'. TDS claimed is for contract income u/s 194c which
is already offered by me in Profit & Loss Account credit side under other income i
have filed itr 5 in java utility as return is filed for partnership firm What is the
resolution available to the same? Please help as I have to comply within 15 Days.

11 November 2015 Assuming your is a partnership firm......
write a letter to CPC stating that you have offered the same through your profit and loss account.
