Procedure for 12A Registration. What are all the documents to be needed? Pls Urgent

1) Form 10 A in duplicate.
2) Original or a certified copy and an extra copy of the instrument under which the trust or institution was set up
3) If the trust is in existence during any year(s) prior to the FY to which application is made,two copies of the accounts of the trust relating to such prior year(s)
