100% eou raw material transfer

31 July 2012 Can 100% EOU, Transfer Raw Material / Capital goods on regular basis form its one premises to another premises and then transfer finished goods form Premises-II to Premises-I for Export purposes?

If yes, then what is the procedure?

Please Note: LOP & Central Excise juridication i.e. AC & Range of both the premises are Same but Cental Excise Registration, Inbond Manufacturing Licence, B-17 Bond & Customs Licenses of the both the units are different.

31 July 2012 Dear Sir,

As per Para 6.13 of FTP, only manufactured goods & Capital goods can be transfered, FTP also restrict tranfer of RAW MATERAIL on regular/daily basis, and they also treat these two permises as two different unit/EOU.

But in our case the since the LOP is same, can we treat both the premises as Single Unit/EOU & use challan for tranfer material between the premises.
