Friends my query is that if i purchase some items and donot sale them in relavant year then they are my opening stock for next year but these itemas are not in condition to sale in the year than how to show them in my books

If the same is not salable then show it as current market value as stock price as the policy is cost price or marketprice whichever is lower.............
