This is the forum message.

Mr President speak up in orientation programme today about passing %ge of PCE. He even told that the result was very low so they imporve it and that's why it took time to declare it.

Can you believe it the passing %ge after generius from Mr President is here below:

PE-II >>>>>> 0.25% yes ( its Zero point two five % )

PCE >>>>>> Grp 1 st >>>> 12 %

PCE >>>>>> Grp 1 st >>>> 33 %
