We have charged depreciation as per Companies Act 1956 in the F.Y 2014-15.
Pls let me know what are the disclosure requirement or any additional requirement.

You should have charged as per companies act, 2013. Now in the financial year 2015-16, disclose the same along with the reasons thereof
