i have completed my pcc and and my articles(may2012).may i eligible for may2013 and is any time period for registration before exam.

You got eligiblty to CA FINAL after completion of your article ship only. However i heard provision applicable to IPCC students to final attempt also applicable to PCC students i.e eligible for final attempt in the last year of articleship. However registration to final you can make at any time before applying to exam(i.e filling of examination form)
