16 May 2018 Sir we purchase goods of Rs,60000/- from a party which is unregistered. in this case E way bill by whome is to be prepared...
Kindly advice....

16 May 2018 Under GST law, both buyer and seller has the option to generate E-Way bill. If you have received goods form an unregistered person, you can generate the E-way bill for Inward Supply by mentioning the supplier as unregistered person. Further, if you are also unregistered then transporter too has the option to generate E-way Bill. If none of you are registered then, E-way bill can be generated by Citizens also.
