delay in submission of 112 form

hi frnds
hello sir...my name anand...completed ca-ipcc..and joined in articles in the month of feb 2012...and got registered with icwai in the month of oct 2012...I did't take icai permission and i did't send 112 form before getng registered....now i want to send 112 form...can i send now?..if i send now will my articles are effected ?....what should i write in condonation letter?....is there any serious action against me by sending 112 form now? .....pls frnds pls very very urgent ...help me....send me reply

You can send Form 112 now. You will have to pay condonation fees. Further, your registration as member on completion of CA shall be delayed be a couple of months.

1)I want a clarification that whether I should disclose point 8 ,9 10 in 112 form (i,e the date of joining the course, duration of course and subjects taken in course)..
2)regarding CERTIFIACTION FROM COLLEGE.. Is it require any stamp from ICWAI INSTITUTE..is it necessary
3)I registered for icwai under oral coaching..SO regarding point 7(c)..what should I opt for either coresspounding or private studies
4)is it mandatory to send condonation letter..if yes what shld i write ?
5)whether i should write the condonation leter? or my principal has to write under his letter head with duly attested? ..
6) pls send me the format of condonation letter......pls reply me sir

1. You have to disclose all the details in Form 112. You also have to attach a copy of the enrollment letter of ICWAI.
2. The enrollment letter will be valid as certification.
3. You have to mention correspondence course.
4. You do not have to send a condonation letter along with the form. The same is to be sent in response to a notice from the Institute.

thank u sir...just nw i read some query that after sending 112 form...icai insisted to send condonation leter for delay in submission..so i decided to give an explanation to icai by sending condonation letter before they ask...can i send it sir

Institute will always ask for the condonation letter whenever there is any default in submitting Form 112.
You may submit the same along with the Form also.

2)actualy i dnt knw abt this provision...so can i declose the fact in condonation letter...ignorance of provision vl be excused by icai

YOU SHOULD MAKE PAYMENT BY DRAFT ON THE FOLLOWING NAME :- "THE SECRETARY, THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA" PAYABLE AT.......................(ACCORDING TO REGION) ALONGWITH CONDONATION LETTER..
