what are they meant for? do they have to b filed with some officers

04 November 2009 In the course of inter state trade when on registered dealer buy goods from another registered dealer for furhter sale or for used in the manufacturing of goods, then buying dealer is given a privilege to buy goods fropm selling dealer at concessional rate for which he will have to give the c form for goods purchased to selling dealer.

Blank C form can be obtained from the sales authorities at a nominal price.

04 November 2009 "C"- Forms are used for inter state purchases, if C Forms are not provided for inter state purchase local vat / sales tax rate will be collected , normally vat / sales tax rate are more that CST Rate....Present CST Rate is 2%...

04 November 2009 And also now a days blank C-Forms not issued by the department they are insisting the purchase invoice / value....C Forms will be issued to supplier by the purchaser....one copy must be submitted with Tax authorities
