The same can be downloaded from the website https://mahavat.gov.in under Forms --> Electronic Forms.
This forms are J1 & J2
In which partywise sales and purchases are to be entered
Will add words to it , along With j1 j2 , you also have to upload Annexure c,d, ,g ,h, i if applicable.
