Sir/Madam,
Please tell me, the foreign companies registered with roc are also required to file their annual accounts in xbrl format?? if the company's share capital is INR 1056.52 million??

Hi Miss POOJA,
If Company is registered with RoC within jurisdiction of India. And fullfill any criteria
1) Listed Companis
2) Subsidiary of Listed Companies
3) Capital more than Rs.5 Crores
4) Turnover more than Rs.100 Crores
If Company fulfills any one criteria it needs to file Annual Fiing forms as per XBRL norms.
