22 September 2015 mujhe refund mil gaya jo ke nahi banta tha and now mai revise kar deta hu apne return ko bt mai is refund ko surrenderr kaise karu plz give me a refrence of a section also with your views

23 September 2015 All the sections of Income tax are associated with the PAYMENT of income tax. In fact Income tax is BASICALLY meant for paying the income tax.
Since you are doing a good job of paying income tax, no section per se is required.
