dear sir / madam
i have receive TDS certificate from one of our deductor that indicat WRONG PAN No., more ever, clients also file their TDS return with my WRONG PAN No..
Now AO disallowed the TDS Credit taken on the basis of such TDS certificate.
you are requested to please advise me about the remedies, so that i can able to take credit of such tds

@Mr Ujagar!
As you PAN is wrong on TDS Certificate - this hints that deductor has e-filed qtrly returns of TDS with this wrong PAN. The deductor needs to REVISE all such returns - which is to be done by a procedure.
If you have received the TDS certificate manually prepared then furnish the correct PAN (photostat copy of PAN CARD) and raise a demand of correct Certificate.
AO is justified not to allow any credit.

there is only one option as experts suggested,
request you deductor to revise that return.. with out that you will not get credit of such TDS and can not claim refund
