dear sir
by mistake upload itr-1 instead of itr-4
on 24-05-2013 and itr-v copy did no sent
to cpc. so can it revised and filled itr-4.
If so then it will be filled as original or revised return? please advised me thanks.......

If the return is filed with in due date, then you can revise the return. also return can be revised with in 1 year from the completion of assessment year. so now the return is filed 24/05/2013. ( query is not clear which year return). already time limit is over, so wait for notice u/s.142(1)
