sir,
By mistake i have entered wrong date regarding the completion date of my article training.I have entered back date of two months. should i send another form with correct date? or can i write a letter mentioning the correct date for the acceptance of my earlier submitted form?

You should contact your respective regional council for the same and if needed then send the new form 103, usually there is fixed date of completion of articleship by default period of 3years, even though you've put something wrong while entering data into system it might not accept.
