Wrong dob on income tax portal

While filing ITR I come to know that Date of Birth of my husband is mentioned wrong in IT portal, however PAN details and DOB on PAN is correct, we can login with it.. ITR of earlier years were filed by company representative. Is there any way to correct this ? please guide.

31 August 2018 Yes... You can correct the DOB. Go to contact nearest Consultant or Nearest Pan centre with proof.

31 August 2018 You can also apply online using PAN correction form through NSDL or UTIPAN services website.

03 November 2021 No need to correct PAN details, if it is correct. Just file complaint with ITD under grievances, for correction of Data in the portal.
