Hello,
While filing ITR I come to know that Date of Birth of my husband is mentioned wrong in IT portal, however PAN details and DOB on PAN is correct, we can login with it.. ITR of earlier years were filed by company representative. Is there any way to correct this ? please guide.

Yes... You can correct the DOB. Go to contact nearest Consultant or Nearest Pan centre with proof.

You can also apply online using PAN correction form through NSDL or UTIPAN services website.

No need to correct PAN details, if it is correct. Just file complaint with ITD under grievances, for correction of Data in the portal.
