Wrong deduction of professional tax

I was transferred from Mumbai to Delhi in March'12 and my employer got a transfer letter signed.But they kept on deducting professional tax till Jul'13 .Please confirm how can i get back wrong professional tax dedcuted from March'12 to Jul'13 @ 200per month.

you have to check the Delhi PT act slab. if the deduction as per Delhi PT slab then it is ok.
