Wrong assessment year in the self assessment challan

01 April 2015 Dear Experts
While making a Self Assessment Tax challan for assessment year 2014 15 I wrongly wrote the assessment year as 2013 14 and the challan has been processed by the bank and also I get the bsr code and challan number.and I file the return also in the same year now how to rectify this mistake. Please guide me sir...
